Content Creator Full-time 2024

Archetype Group is currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our dynamic Marketing Team team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or a professional with 1-2 years of experience to grow in an international setting. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content for our global audience. You will be part of a team of four at the group level, coordinating and managing projects with our offices worldwide.
Responsibilities
1. Content Development and Management:
o Propose and Develop content strategies, as well as execution ideas to increase the awareness of Archetype Group news and experts
o Create and manage a diverse range of written content, including but not limited to social media posts, web pages, media articles, newslettters etc.
o Ensure all content adheres to the company's brand guidelines, style, and tone, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
o Conduct thorough research to develop original and engaging content that resonates with our global audience and supports our B2B industry focus.
2. Visual Content Creation:
o Develop and produce visually appealing content, such as images, infographics, short videos, reels, stories, GIFs, and videos.
o Collaborate with photographers and videographers, when necessary, to ensure the successful execution of visual productions.
3. AI Solutions Integration:
o Utilize AI tools and platforms to enhance content creation, optimization and proof-reading.
o Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies in content marketing, and propose innovative ways to integrate them into our content strategy.
4. Project Coordination and Management:
o Coordinate with team members and various offices to manage content projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
o Develop and maintain a content calendar to streamline content planning and execution across different platforms and regions.
Qualifications
Degree in Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of editing software (Photoshop, Indesign etc).
Understanding AI solutions for production and post-production is beneficial.
Basic SEO skills and understanding of social media back offices are advantageous.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in content creation.
Proven skills in the following skill sets: Content writing, Video and Photo Editing.
