Key Responsibilities
Support the Content Creator team in producing short-form videos for Shopee Video and for the social channels of creators managed by THN, working to briefs and deadlines assigned by the Content Creator Supervisor.
Collect and organise creative references on a weekly basis - trending formats, hooks, audio and competitor content on Shopee Video and other short-video platforms - and file them into the team reference library with clear notes on why each reference is relevant.
Draft first-pass script outlines, hooks and shot lists for assigned videos based on the product brief provided, then revise them according to feedback from the Executive or Supervisor before filming.
Prepare each filming session in advance: gather products and props, arrange set dressing, check that samples match the approved product list, and complete the pre-shoot checklist.
Assist on set during filming by managing takes, monitoring framing and audio levels, and logging usable footage with timecodes so that editing can begin without delay.
Complete first-cut edits of assigned videos, including rough cut, subtitles, on-screen product text and basic sound mixing, and submit them for review within the turnaround time set by the Supervisor.
Attach Shopee Affiliate links, product tags, voucher information and campaign hashtags to approved videos, check each item against the brief, and upload the posts to Shopee Video and the assigned creator channels at the scheduled time once the Supervisor has signed off.
Update daily performance data for published videos - views, watch time, CTR, ATC, orders and conversion rate - into the team tracking file, and report any unusual movement to the Supervisor on the same day.
Prepare supporting materials for the weekly content review, including performance tables, screenshots and the list of top- and bottom-performing videos, and record the decisions taken during the meeting.
Maintain the content archive by naming, tagging and storing raw footage, edited files and thumbnails, so that assets can be retrieved quickly for peak-season campaigns such as Double Day, payday sale and mid-month sale.
Candidate Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Cinematography, or a related field; no prior professional experience is required.
Able to commit to a full-time internship of three months at the Ho Chi Minh City office, Monday to Friday.
Working knowledge of at least one video editing tool such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or an equivalent, evidenced by a portfolio, personal channel, or academic project.
Regular user of short-form video platforms with a genuine understanding of current Vietnamese content trends; prior exposure to Shopee Video, Shopee Live, or Shopee Affiliate is an advantage.
Comfortable working on set, and willing to appear on camera for product demonstration content when required.
Attentive to detail when following checklists, particularly for product information, on-screen pricing, affiliate links, and posting schedules.
Basic proficiency in spreadsheet tools for recording and updating video performance data.
Receptive to frequent feedback, able to revise work quickly, and consistent in meeting daily posting deadlines.
Available to support filming and publishing during peak commercial periods, including Double Day campaigns (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12), payday sale, and mid-month sale.
Basic English reading comprehension for platform guidelines and brand briefs.
