Content Development And Quality Assurance Officer ( Salary >1000$)

Content development and support
• Develop a test bank for placement tests, practice tests, mock tests;
• Design syllabus for OEA courses;
• Design teaching, learning and assessment materials for Oxford English Academy (OEA) courses:
o Design and deliver extra-curriculum activities for students of Cambridge English Exam & Education Partnerships(CEEP) and public courses.
o Propose formats of cultural events/activities
o Select, develop, evaluate and review textbooks and teaching materials (classes and clubs);
o Design tests;
o Support CEEP in advising on issues related to:
 Test formats, preparing test materials & preparing keys for District's English Olympic tests;
 Formats of cultural events/activities conducted at partner schools;
 Materials for assessment tasks (e.g. placement tests at the beginning of school years & proficiency tests at the end of school years);
• Conduct oral tests (placement tests, practice tests, mock tests);
Quality Assurance
• Support Academic Manager in quality assurance and teacher evaluation (observe lessons, provide feedback, mark teaching);
• Assure quality, including a regular review of all teaching standards, methods, techniques and materials;
• Collect feedback about learning activities, testing, etc;
• Propose necessary changes (teachers, textbooks, etc.) to ensure quality or to promote quality;
• Work with teachers and other departments on academic issues and students' behavior;
• Chair Progress Report Meetings at OEA
