We are looking for an Inbound Marketing Specialist / Junior to develop and implement inbound marketing strategies and campaigns.
You will be responsible for creating and managing content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing. You will also analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and make adjustments as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in inbound marketing, a strong understanding of
digital marketing channels, and excellent writing and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies and campaigns
Create and manage content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and make adjustments as needed
Work with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts
Collaborate with other departments, such as design and product, to create cohesive marketing campaigns
Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new marketing technologies and techniques
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and partners
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as website traffic, leads, and conversions
Create and manage marketing budgets and forecasts
Provide training and support to team members on inbound marketing best practices and tools
Take ownership, have the ability to self-study, research and come up with solutions, take initiative in work.
Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating content for various channels
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Flexibility and adaptability to change
A desire to learn and grow in the marketing field
1-3 years of experience in inbound marketing or a related field
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
Familiarity with SEO and keyword research
Knowledge of website analytics tools and experience analyzing data
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
