Mô tả công việc
Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates.
Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our community, social media presence by creating engaging posts, responding to comments, and monitoring social media trends.
Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives; work with Project Executive to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO) to drive website traffic and user acquisition.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and provide regular reports to evaluate their effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, activations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the Fintech industry.
Used to work at major companies in securities trading, e-wallets, or e-banking
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms, and analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the Fintech industry.
Used to work at major companies in securities trading, e-wallets, or e-banking
