1. Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the
Marketing Manager to develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Propose ideas and opportunities to enhance brand recognition in the financial sector.
2. Content Creation & Management:
- Execute and oversee the production of high-quality content across multiple platforms, including:
*Social Media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Google.
*Website: Blogs, landing pages, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
3. Work Coordination:
- Support the Marketing Manager in tracking and adjusting content plans for optimal effectiveness.
- Ensure timely execution of content projects according to the plan.
4. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics across social media platforms and the website to optimize strategies.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Presentation Development:
- Create and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders, including content strategies, performance insights, and future plans.
- Ensure presentations are data-driven, visually appealing, and tailored to target audiences.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in content marketing, preferably in the financial sector with proven record
- Skills:
o Expertise in implementing content strategies.
o Proficiency in analytics tools to measure content performance.
o Advanced skills in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva) and storytelling.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
- Personal Traits:
o Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
o Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with supervisors
