Mô tả công việc
- Team Management (50%)
- Lead a team of 3-5 members, plan and execute a content strategy that drives high performance of content planning and lead generation, manage the team to deliver digital content: Facebook posts, blog posts, PR articles, advertising material, etc.
- Be responsible for managing and coaching team members.
- Content Development (50%)
- Drive the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication while maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice
- Study and understand internal projects to develop content plans to reach the target audience, insights and competitors' activities.
- Work closely with design team to make sure all materials will be aligned with the concept
- Provide creative thoughts/ ideas for digital campaigns/proposals.
- Research and manage potential content trends.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Management experience of 2 years in Digital/Content Marketing
- At least 4 years of experience as a content writer for agencies/ client side/ magazine/ online/ news.
- Bachelor Degree in Communications, PR or Marketing is a plus.
- Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and well organized.

- Gross salary: 15 - 20 mil (+ incentive)
