Mô tả công việc
1. Objectives of this role
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall content for Lobster brand, including the development and placement of engaging content, messaging and copy that connects with our client across multiple channels including website, email, social, paid media, video, blog posts, and more.
You will collaborate with heads of departments, managers, colleagues and other relevant stakeholders in the planning, production, and execution of marketing content.
2. Responsibilities
Build content hub (50%)
• Conduct case studies that align with our business goals.
• Conduct deep research/insight of industries such as healthcare, retail, finance, carbon accouting...
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns industry trends and customer needs.
• Take care of social media.
Business Support (40%)
• Build sales kits.
• Email Marketing
Analytics and Performance Optimization (10%)
• Track, analyze, and report on content marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rate.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practice.

3. Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in content marketing, experience in the software industry is a plus.
• Exceptional Vietnamese writing skills and advanced English competencies (6.5+ IELTS).
• Results-oriented mindset, consistently driving for measurable outcomes and contributing to the overall marketing objectives.
• Great copywriting, editing and researching skills which help you weave tales for the audience.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development
