Content Writer (Middle/Senior)

We are a fintech company in Vietnam with the mission to bring investment opportunities and financial literacy to everyone in Vietnam. We strongly believe in the power of the stock market to transform developing economies. Therefore, we're building the most innovative product in wealth management, and brokerage to make that happen. We have successfully raised investment from global venture capital investors and are now expanding the team to develop our product.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and develop Content for Anfin's multi-platform, detailed as below:
Objective 1: Content creation (70%)
Write clear marketing copy to promote the products/services (on the website, Email, external PR content, seeding content, Social channels...).
Write SEO articles for the website following the keyword plan.
Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
Collaborate with the team to come up with ideas, write scripts for viral, TVC clips... for media projects, participate in the content production process, and give comments during the production and editing process...
Update website content as needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Objective 2: Content planning (30%)
Plan, write and ensure timely distribution of content on the respective sites/ channels.
Receive briefs from project leads, product owners, campaign leads to build content plans, and content calendars for each campaign.
Build overall Content Marketing campaigns on Website, Email Marketing channel, Social channels according to company events/ activities/ campaigns.
Capture and research customer insights to build strategies, development plans for Anfin's media channels including: content development, campaign implementation to increase user base, pageviews,...
Coordinate with the Investment team, Freelancer to produce high-quality content for users.
Our Requirements
Degree in Business or Marketing Major.
Have 3+ years of experience in the related roles.
Proficient use of all social networking tools, product photography or video recording.
Proficient in using image & video design tools such as Canva, Capcut, Photoshop.
Have the ability to be creative content ideas for Tiktok or Youtube videos, Fanpage
Have the ability to do planning and leading the projects
Capable of catching trends in on tiktok platform, having knowledge of the stock market is a plus
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Willing to serve internal and external customers conscientiously
Positive, self-directed, ability to ensure work in all pressure situations
Eager to learn, always improve self-efficacy
Preference will be given to candidates with an interest in financial technology products
