Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing Intern
Work Location: VSIP 1 - Bình Dương
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Modeling: Collect and analyze operational data to identify weaknesses, root causes, and opportunities for productivity gains.
Power BI Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead-time reduction, quality improvement, and cost savings.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports for leadership, providing clear visualizations and recommendations based on data trends.
Operational Support: Assist in the implementation of Lean/Daily Management Systems and Kaizen projects by providing data-driven evidence for process changes.
Standards Maintenance: Help update and maintain CI standards and documentation related to data collection processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and support localized improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu
● Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Management, or a related field.
● Power BI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to create complex data visualizations and utilize DAX for reporting.
● Analytical Thinking: Strong capability to interpret large datasets and formulate solutions for complex problems.
● Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, VBA is a plus).
● Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
