MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Responsibilities

· Support and manage cost effectiveness through lean project and keep record all saving imitative from either Warehouse / Transport operations and report as monthly basis.

· Manage and supervise for overall daily operations which related to function are inventory control, Lean Warehousing / Transport project.

· Drive quality awareness culture across the warehouse operation

· Drive & implement & tracking for GMS /Lean project including.

· Ensure lean activity to be performed effectively and sustainable for all areas (Analysis, Pick & Pack

or Put away path design including for future improvement)

· Manage and supervise staff under quality section to meet KPI

· Ensure that all staff to be appropriate trained for both general & mandatory courses

· Inventory integrity and co-ordination of Annual Physical Inventory

· Develops and maintains partnerships and relations with the customers.

· Contacts the customers frequently in order to understand and fulfill their needs.

· Provides leadership support to his/her management teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related filed.
Male or female.
Minimum +2 years' experience in management or strong supervisory.
Minimum 4 years' experience in Warehouse / Supply Chain position.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Lean & Quality / Logistics Continuous Improvement Job Scope related.
Advance skills in Microsoft Excel and good in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, can perform Microsoft Access and Microsoft BI will be advantage.
Experience in SAP system is preferred.
High effective communicator, good at interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills, good planner.
Professionally handle / work under pressure & complex environment.
Self-Motivated and Objective-Oriented person.
Can deal with all deadline work effectively and independently, sense of urgency.
Open-minded and flexible attitude, adaptable, customer focused, and result oriented.
Strong team spirit and leadership/management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, have coaching skills.
