Mô tả công việc
• This is an exciting opportunity for Howden based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• This role's main purpose is to manage and execute all Howden Vietnam's contracts.
• As our Contract/Project Manager, your primary goal is to proactively lead the negotiation with all HVN's customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, logistic solution providers on all contract T&C.
• You will be responsible to execute all HVN's contract for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket (AFM) projects according to Contract specification, to be delivered on time, and within set budget.
• You will ensure that projects are managed and delivered effectively and efficiently to meet all set goals and objectives and to the required quality standards.
• You will control contact points of customers in OEM and AFM projects to manage contractual and technical matters.
• You will ensure the projects are effectively resourced and manage relationships with a wide range of groups in Howden and externally.
• You will project projects on client sites where required to assist in the successfully implementation of Howden equipment both for OEM, AFM parts, and services.
Accountabilities
• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
• Review high-level deliverables across projects.
• Understand OEM and AFM Terms and Conditions in Contract to minimize our exposure and risk across multiple projects.
• Manage scope and mitigates risk across projects.
• Prepare, monitor and control all aspects of the project to ensure costs are controlled; margins are achieved and the project is completed within deadline both in office and where required on clients site
• Liaise with the procurement department to solve any supply issues that may arise.
• Co-ordinate activities and procure items required for installation and site related components of projects
• Co-ordinate the activities between commissioning parties (i.e. Service Engineers, Client and Subcontractors) to ensure effective communication channels are maintained.
• Ensure that operations maintenance manuals are compiled to the client's requirements and are then accepted by the client.
• Implement and maintain a document control system which is in keeping with Howden procedures in order to ensure that all project documentation is auditable at all times.
• Ascertain that product training has been conducted in accordance with the contract to ensure efficient and safe operation of the equipment.
• Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for all projects under his/her direction.
• Prepare, monitor and control all aspects of the project to ensure costs are controlled; margins are achieved and the project is completed within deadline.
• Resolve cross functional issues at project level.
• Grow long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on equity and partnership opportunities.
• Effectively communicate relevant project/practice information to management and team.
• Accurately forecast expense, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects.
• Legal, Health and Safety
o Take all reasonable care for own personal health and safety, as well as for that of everyone who may be affected by your action in your workplace.
o Liaise and co-operate with company management with regards to the current health and safety legislation and obligations within the location and area where you performing your duties.

• Background of technical education, for example Bachelor's degree Business and Engineering, or related field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
• 5+ year experience in contract/project management
• Risk management, knowledge of ISO and OHS standards
• Financial management
• Demonstrated experience working Microsoft Project and MS Office including ERP systems
• Ability to manage workforce on clients site where required
• Excellent negotiation skills both internally and externally: Knows how to win concessions without damaging relationships, gains trust of other parties to the negotiations.
