• Identify and approach potential B2B customers such as furniture showrooms, interior designers, contractors, and project
developers.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate sofa and furniture solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts.
• Coordinate internally with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Follow up on project execution and support clients through after-sales service.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Keep up to date with market trends, product updates, and competitor activities.
• Report on sales performance and customer feedback to management on a regular basis.
• College or University degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B or project-based furniture sales (preferably sofa or home furnishing).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good aesthetic sense and basic knowledge of furniture materials and styles.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under sales pressure.
• Preferably with the existing network of interior
designers, project contractors, or showroom clients.
• English proficiency is an advantage if dealing with overseas partners or foreign clients.
