Duties and Responsibilities
Being responsible for contract issues of hotels in assigned region.
Develop and maintain relationships with hotel suppliers to ensure competitive advantages.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for existing and new hotel openings.
Proceed contracts / addendum / any contracting relevant documents.
Reaching the assigned accommodation target for contract season / peak seasons.
Conduct negotiation and contracting of rates, special offers, renewals, release periods, overrides, credit facility terms and conditions for hotels, ensuring the best rates and availability for both new and existing properties.
Double check and solve rate disparity.
Keep tracking hotels' production.
Handle arisen troubles (guests' complaint / hotel issues / contract issues / etc....).
Coordinate to make working going smoothly between other departments (finance / reservation / product / quality control / operation) with hotels.
Carry out any incident task requests from managers.
Back up for team or additionally in charge new regions as per Managers' request.
Yêu cầu
Essential Qualifications & Knowledge
Contracting experience with the tourism industry, from Sales & Marketing Department is an advantage. Work in Phan Thiet.
Strong negotiation skills, pro-active, dynamic, passionate, teamwork.
Able to develop and maintain strong and trusting relationship with hoteliers.
Highly accurate with an attention to detail.
Commercial awareness, problem solving and creativity.
Time management and business strategy.
Able to work well under pressure and to meet strict deadlines.
