Responsibilities:
Develop new business leads
Evaluate customer potential and set up corporate accounts
Manage existing and new potential accounts
Reactivate old users and manage retention program
Assist customers in troubleshooting app/order problems
Analyze and research customer profiles and order behavior
Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs
Work address: Tan Binh Ward, HCMC
Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Requirements:
College/ University diploma preferred, but open to undergraduates with positive attitudes and aspirations.
Guaranteed to work full time for at least 6 months;
Have a smartphone, personal laptop and transportation;
Previous Telesales/ Business Development experience in FMCG, Logistics, Maritime, Electronics, and Tech Startups is preferred.
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
Extrovert, sociable, responsible, organized.
