Contracts Admin Manager - Financial

▪ Objective: Provide high level coordination and management of all contracts on the development. They will be responsible for maintaining all policies/procedures, compliance and work flow for all contracts

they will act as the and be the conduit between the Developer, Developers Lawyer, Master Agency and Affiliates. They are required to receive and process sale orders, customers enquiries online, or via phone and email and daily distribution of leads and liaise with the Operations Manager and Sales and Marketing Director for further actions. They will have management of the CRM ensuring that that all leads are recorded, lead management pans are attached, and daily tasks are distributed and completed by onsite team and affil iates. They will provide the operations Manager support for event organization and management. They will also provide sales support activities within the project in Australia market.

▪ Report to: Sales & Marketing Director in Australia & Regional Sales Director in Viet Nam

Location: Gold Coast, Australia

▪ Customers Interaction

Ø Receiving and processing all direct and direct leads and customers enquiries online, or via phone and email.

Ø Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and requirements. Expediting orders & following up through internal liaison.

Ø Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

▪ Sales Document

Ø Liaise with Sales team, master agency or affiliates to prepare approval application for special cases.

Ø Obtain approvals from Sales and Marketing Director & BODs for special cases

Ø Timely preparation of Sale documents for respective units and filing in hard/solft copies.

Ø Manage and control contract workflow for all contracts.

Ø Liaise with Master Agency, Affiliates, Developers legal team in internal team to ensure smooth progression of all contracts

▪ Stock Control

Ø To update, tracking and manage daily Stacking Plan of a project under direction of Sales and Marketing director and liase with international admin manager.

▪ Agencies Contracting & Commission Fee Payment

Ø Lead the Sales Admin Australia team to ensure compliance on all selling authorities, updating sales agencies policies & commission fee payments

Ø Provide weekly report to the Sales and Marketing Director on all agency agreements and performance for affiliates and agencies.

▪ Reports

Ø Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

Ø Compiling daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.

▪ Lead Management

Ø Distribute all direct leads inline with the policies and procedures.

▪ Other

Provide direct assistance and organizational support for events
