As a Conversational AI Strategic Cloud Engineer (SCE), you will work directly with our most strategic enterprise customers on critical conversational AI initiatives to transform their modern contact centers. You will blend deep technical expertise with client-facing communication, architect, build, and deploy conversational interfaces and virtual agents using Google's core conversational AI platforms, including the Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) suite.
You will serve as the technical engagement lead throughout the project life-cycle, owning requirements gathering, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation. You will act as a trusted advisor to client executives and technical stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity to deliver customer success in production. Furthermore, you will maintain a tight feedback loop with Google's internal Cloud
AI Engineering and Product teams, using your field experience to advocate for new features, overcome adoption blockers, and package lessons learned into published industry assets.
