To serve the needs of expansion and development as well as to optimize our premium manufacturing processes, we are more than welcome any experienced Industrial Engineering (IE) to join our dynamic team.

As an Industrial Engineer (IE) at MERAKI FW, you will act as the "architect" of production flow optimization within the factory, focusing on 3 core pillars of responsibilities:

• Pre-Production & Resource Planning
  • Product Analysis: Directly study bag samples, break down components, and establish a detailed Operation Breakdown for each style.
  • Time Study & Standardization: Conduct time studies and measure work to estimate the Standard Minute Value (SMV) for each sewing and assembly operation.
  • Resource Optimization: Utilize standard time data to calculate and forecast production targets, headcount requirements, machinery setup, and necessary attachments or jigs/folders for each order.
• Layout Design & Line Setup
  • Facility Layout Planning: Design the production floor and sewing line layouts based on Lean principles to optimize material flow and minimize the transportation distance of Work-in-Process (WIP).
  • Manpower Allocation: Collaborate closely with Line Leaders/Production Supervisors to allocate operators to specific workstations scientifically, matching their skill levels and capacities.
• Production Monitoring & Kaizen (Line Balancing)
  • On-site Time Studies: Frequently monitor the production floor, conducting actual cycle time checks to compare real-time performance against standard times.
  • Bottleneck Identification: Pinpoint accumulated operations or bottlenecks that slow down the line's throughput and promptly initiate corrective actions.
  • Line Balancing: Re-allocate operations, adjust line configurations, or improve methods/gá lắp (jigs) to smooth out the production flow, minimizing waste and non-productive waiting times.
