Must be responsive to the customer's needs and follow through on all aspects of request, both written and verbal.
Prepare orderly documentation and audit program, CIFA for assigned job by using the approved and updated forms.
Submit all qualification profiles timely and exactly.
Report time and money spent monthly for billing purposes.
Provide monthly report of technical activities to the Certification Manager.
Booking car rental / flight for FC team.
Upload Food audit reports to IEnable
Attend meetings as required by Management.
Conform to all company guidelines and regulations.
Travel is a requirement both domestic and international assigned by Manager
Function as a member of cross-departmental teams and projects as requested

A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical for certification or relevant experience in customer services
System Qualified auditor is referred
Fluent written and spoken English, local language referred
