Mô tả công việc
Responsible for Apparel Development projects with the goal to support the Senior Teamhead in improving the APP development landscape, supplier service levels and strengthening the APP organization to build a stronger and faster structure.
This role supports strategic development decisions and lead /coordinate strategic projects cross-BU interacting with Headquarter Business Units departments, PGS internal stakeholder, Quality & Production with the common goal to elevate development service levels and contribute to improve the development process, strengthen the x BU alignment, lead time and costs reduction objectives. Be an extended arm for the entire VN APP development team and support to build the future strategy.
Task 1: Supplier landscape & BU strategy alignment
- Work closely with the Senior Teamhead to develop the sourcing landscape & strategies.
- Define mid-term sourcing landscape, organization setup roadmap, align strategic capacity allocation & planning.
- Evaluate and analyze current vendors (risks, options and opportunities) and influence /optimize their capability by further exploring their individual competitive advantages. Review potential new vendors integration.
- Identify process improvements, systems and benchmarking opportunities for maximum value creation and speed.
- Strategic operational involvement around key priority product launches and track on time completion of projects.
Task 2: Sustainability integration to Development Process
- Drive and facilitate implementation of new and existing projects and process following the strategic plan of 10FOR25 - the targets we have set ourselves to do better across 10 areas our business impacts on. This will include working across all Business Units and help the team to follow up closer on all topics linked to Forever Better.
Task 3: 3D APP implementation for VN
Support the new 3D product creation process and help to onboard everyone with each step and involve all necessary stakeholder. Act as a bridge to all other locations, stakeholders and functions for a fast and efficient process.
Task 4: Special projects / Implementation strategy
Work cross-divisionally to assess complete process & streamline procedures between T3/T2/T1/PUMA.
Help to implement new sourcing strategies like FSV program or others.
Set up a gate keeper system to ensure allocation/ execution follows strategy. Systemized approach for maximum transparency within the organization & towards other partners. Proactive monitoring of seasonal vendors progression.
Task 5: Project Management.
Active participation/interaction with other departments on projects or solutions involving sourcing organization.
Align corporate initiatives to drive/support sourcing organization & suppliers related programs.
Lead and coach the team. Be a mentor to our local talents and introduce them to Project Management work.
