Mô tả công việc

Social Media:
· Create communication materials (images and video) for Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam (RBVH)'s social media channels (Facebook & LinkedIn)
· Assist in conducting creative communication campaigns for Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing programs on social media channels in alignment with the Regional Team
Internal Communication:
· Create materials (POSM, digital banners, images and videos) to support internal communication across channels both online and offline
· Assist in content ideation and production to promote corporate image and engage associates at all level, in alignment with the Regional Team
· Coordinate with other business units & corporate departments on monthly newsletter preparation
Events Coordination:
· Provide assistance in internal & external events
· Assist in communication around event management including BEOs, timelines, calendars, reports, presentations, diagrams
· Assist with event logistics and onsite event management
· Proactively troubleshoot emerging problems on the event day
· Assist in conducting pre and post event evaluations and reports
· Up-keep of templates, case studies and creative documents in department database
· Assist in vendor payment process and claiming expenses
Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential (Video Editing, Adobe Illustrator, Live Streaming etc.)

Yêu cầu

· Entitled as full-time students during internship period
· No previous working experience required, although having experiences in content creation, social media management and/or event coordination is a plus.
· Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
· Proficient in MS Office
· Excellent in design software: Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop (highly prioritized)
· Excellent in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects (highly prioritized)
· Essential familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication
· Good interpersonal and organization skills
· Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
· Eyes for details
· Ability to work in multicultural teams
· Creative, proactive, independent
