Mô tả công việc
Debt Management:
Monitor and manage corporate customer debts for each contract/project.
Regularly reconcile and confirm debts with customers, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Classify and evaluate debts to propose suitable solutions.
Debt Recovery:
Develop debt recovery plans, follow up, and remind customers to make timely payments.
Work directly with customers to resolve arising issues related to debts (overdue debts, disputes, etc.).
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure stable cash flow.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports on debt status, cash flow, and related metrics.
Analyze debt trends, forecast risks, and propose improvement solutions.
Compliance:
Ensure debt management activities comply with legal regulations and internal company processes.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting and Legal, to handle arising issues
Yêu cầu
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in debt management, corporate finance, or customer service.
Preference for candidates with experience working with large corporate customers.
Advantage for candidates with experience in Cloud or AI infrastructure sectors.
Skills:
Proficient in office software (especially Excel).
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Analytical and data management capabilities.
Personal Qualities:
Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
