1. Capital Raising
Assist in evaluating and executing equity, debt, and hybrid financing opportunities.
Conduct financial modeling, analyses, data consolidation to support funding strategies.
Prepare investor presentations, memorandum, and related marketing materials.
Collaborate with internal departments and external advisors, including investment banks, legal counsel, etc., to facilitate the capital-raising process.
2. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
Assist in analysis, financial modelling & valuation, due diligence, preparing teasers, deal memo for potential acquisitions.
Support the negotiation and structuring of deal terms.
Coordinate cross-functional teams during transaction execution and post-merger integration.

Business Development Initiatives
Monitor industry trends and provide insights on market dynamics to identify strategic business development opportunities.
Prepare presentations and reports for executive management and the board of directors.
Support strategic business development initiatives, including desktop research, sector analysis and financial analysis & forecasting.
4. Portfolio Reporting and Others
Periodically update performance and report and provide insights of existing portfolio.
Other reporting tasks, administrative work.
