About the Department
The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.
Overview of the Role
The incumbent position will be reporting to the CRES Procurement and General Services Team Lead to ensure the co-ordination and management of the various CRES's deliverables.
Job Responsibilities
Run the CRES projects and BAU to ensure that the deadlines, costs, and quality requirements are met. The areas include:
A. Risk governance support and Reporting for CRES:
• Annual review and periodic report of KRCSA and KORI.
• Outsourcing Annual Review.
• Thirt Party Risk Management.
• ORM related works.
B. CRES Sustainability:
• Support local sustainability efforts per Group's strategic direction.
• Prepare and submit Monthly sustainabilities Report.
• RECs (Renewable Energy certificate) caculation and contract.
C. BCP Support:
• BCP/ BIA Reports and related BAU works.
D. CRES services:
• Archiving Management.
• Panel Valuer List.
• Mailing related works.
• Procurement Ops: PEMS G/R works, vendor list, vendor contract upload, orderring process development...
• Property Insurance Delaration.
E. CRES related Policy and Procedure tracking, regular review and update:
• Mailroom Procedure.
• Access Control Management SOP.
• CCTV Monitoring Procedure.
• Archived Records Management Procedures.
• CRES Sustainanility Guideline.
• Procurement Procedure and Guideline.
• WSH Guideline.
• Other related Policies and Procedures.
F. CRES Finance:
• Do maker works for CRES budget planning on General Services related cost.
• Monthly review of CRES financial Report.
G. Others:
• Assist on vendor sourcing, PM, FM, SM, General CRES services.
• Vendor and Contract Management.
• Periodic vendor performance review.
• Asset disposal.
Have responsibility for the development and implementation of CRES General Services related Policy, Procedure, SOP in the assigned category. Maintain transparent process, integrity and professionalism and ensure the compliance to relevant regulatoty requirements.
Yêu cầu
• BA degree in related field.
• Possesses minimum 8 years of relevant working experience. In which, experience working in Banking for similar position is an advantage.
• High Integrity and excellent networking skills in communicating and interacting with stakeholders.
• Pro-active and able to work independently to deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
