Corporate Reporting Services - Senior Associate

We are looking for candidates to join our CRS Team. You will be part of a team in the forefront of PwC accounting consultation to improve our quality.
The VN CRS (CRS) team in Vietnam provides technical consultation and support on accounting, financial and other corporate reporting matters to engagement teams. We collaborates closely with the CRS team in Malaysia and SEAPEN - we forge close ties with frequent communication, sharing and collaboration of CRS related matters. In the broader region, we communicate with member firms mainly in Asia Pacific for sharing of trends and understanding and various other aspects across Line of Service.
We are looking for a Senior Associate, CRS to join our CRS team.
Key responsibilities:
● Provide support on CRS-related matters and monitor activities
● Understand and adhere to relevant policies and procedures
● Thoroughly research VAS and applicable/new regulations to acquire knowledge of accounting matters
● Prepare draft announcement of new regulations
● Prepare draft responses to accounting questions
● Review financial statements for material accounting issues
● Act as secretary to summarize accounting issues discussed in meetings, seminars, and training
● Coordinate and support in preparing the periodic CRS communication and training
● Contribute ideas and identify areas for improvement on a continuous basis
● Maintain CRS platforms and take part in creating digital tools for CRS tasks
