Cost and Schedule Control Leader

Context
Within the PIC Project Team based in Hanoi (Vietnam), and under the Project Director's responsibility, the
Cost and Schedule Control Leader
is in charge of Cost and Schedule management during the Contract(s) execution phase.
Missions/Main Duties
Supervise monthly IPA process and recommend the IPC so as to attest that this progresses in accordance to contractual requirements.
Supervise and monitor the relevant reports on Weekly and monthly basis.
Supervise and distribute Cost reports that indicate actual or estimated costs compared to the budget under the Contracts.
Supervise the estimations required and evaluate cost proposals submitted by the Contractor and make recommendation to the Client for acceptance/rejection.
Review with the Contractors possible issues related to Payment Events, Cost and Cash Flow on monthly basis.
Review the Works Program issue of contractors involved in the project
Play an important role in the interface between project team members to define project objectives and establish timeline milestone deliverables,
Implement and lead interactive planning meetings to establish timeline deliverables,
Develop and monitor reporting progress against baseline schedule commitments,
Support Commercial and Contract team in every issues related with cost estimations and cost analysis for change requests, variations and claims.
Liaise with other departments to streamline the payments and cost and estimations related issues
Report to the Project Controls Manager in a timely manner whenever required
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Manage a local cost and schedule team
Profile/Skills
Qualifications
BSc, BEng, BA or Equivalent
Demonstrate extensive experience in a similar role on a comparable international transit system
Essential
Having minimum 12 years of experience in consulting field or working field.
Or having minimum 10 years of experience in consulting field or working field including minimum 5 years of experience in similar project or project of the same scale.
Languages
English: Fluent
