Mô tả công việc

Analyses calculate check Food & Beverage reports (Compare Sale consumption/ prepare analysis recipe cost with chef/ menu / Controls portion and minimizes- wastages and pilferages)
Book, analyses calculates cost of operating departments in the hotel
Working with related department monitor to ensure cost are reasonable and not over the target
Coordinate with other department on manage all assets, operating equipment, material in store to maximize profitability
Prepare monthly inventory report and report to Finance Manger to process monthly report of hotel (Investigates and reports any irregularities or excessive costs/ Prepares Monthly F&B Cost Control reports and analyses variances/ Makes recommendations on cost reductions/ Highlights slow-moving stock items...)
Conducts market survey to check quality, price of goods received
Supervises receiving

Yêu cầu

Working hour: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday
Good command of English
Knowledge in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint...)
Careful and hard-working
Logical and Good with numbers
