Mô tả công việc

JOB PURPOSES: The Costing Supervisor will be responsible for setting up and maintenance of accurate process cost information, reconciliation of standard costs to actual costs, maintenance of perpetual inventory system, participating in the month end close and budgeting process, and assisting the Finance Manager and Regional Finance Director with day-to-day operations and reporting requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Standard price entry in SAP monthly.
• Inventory review and monitor slow moving stocks.
• Pre-costing calculation for new SKU and revision request from Marketing.
• Give assurance for materials maintenance in time.
• Preparing monthly cost variance analysis reports.
• Highlighting cost issues and suggest solutions.
• Preparing monthly production report after CO Closing.
• Participating in monthly closing and running Co module for closing.
• Supporting Budget team for the tasks related Costing.
• Having regular meetings with Factory manager for variance analyses.
• Business partnering with Supply chain in periodic stock take (bi-annual, yearly, ad-hoc..)
• Other assigned tasks by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting related fields.
• More than 5 years of costing experience in manufacturing environment.
• Good professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experienced in MNC environment or big local companies is a big plus.
• "Can do" attitude among business complex status.
• Be a team player, detailed and accurate and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical thinking, strategy & decision making and good communication/ interpersonal.
• Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
• Fluent English communication skills.
