Mô tả công việc
• Providing leadership and oversight to group of 5 - 10 counselors to ensure target, guidelines, policies, procedures and timelines are followed;
• Overseeing the day to day operations of the team;
• Assisting with the training of new and existing team members with necessary skills in recruitment process, admission process, customer services....;
• Displaying a strong commitment to customer service and taking proactive measures for sales and cross-sales, as well as diligently following up to convert potential leads into pipeline and final sales targets;
• Presenting at company's events to partners/ students/ [protected info] needed;
• Furnishing students with institution-related information either through face-to-face interactions or over the phone;
• Supporting the team to deliver excellent post-sales service to generate high levels of referrals from parents and students;
• Working with marketing to plan and deliver company promotional & recruitment activities at local schools/ universities and offices;
• Looking for and counseling prospective students and parents of study overseas options: countries/ universities/ courses/ entry requirements/ application procedures/ visa applications and associated issues;
• Contracting students and process application for school admission/ visa application/ accommodation and travel arrangements/ other related issues;
• Maintain relationship/ support to students while they are studying overseas;
• Liaising with local and overseas business partners of related issues;
• Preparing and reviewing reports to management board and other department termly or when required;
• Other duties as assigned by management board.

Yêu cầu
• At least 4 year experience in the role;
• Mature experience in recruiting students fort market such as Australia, UK, New Zealand, Canada, America;
• Good understanding of Vietnam and overseas education system/ policy/ situation and related issues;
• Excellent in sale, marketing, organization, leadership;
• Excellent in communication, interpersonal skills, people management skill;
• Excellent in English and Vietnamese language, IT and social media usage.
