Country HR Coordinator

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Talent Acquisition:
• To provide effective support end to end recruitment process and support administration
• Prepare Contract of Employment
• Ensure Job Description is available, and the approval scheme is completed
• Post available roles on the Recruitment System, organization's websites, internet, and other appropriate channels
• Maintain applicant tracking and work with the Hiring Manager to prepare a shortlisting of candidates
• Conduct pre-screening interview with candidates
• Facilitate and join interview sessions as necessary
• Follow up processes for successful and unsuccessful candidates
• Ensure all the recruitment process is followed properly in a timely manner
• Initiate onboarding process through People Services
• Ensure that all documentation related to recruitment is well filed
• Update & maintain Recruitment Tracker
• Conduct induction for new joiners
General HR Administration
• Handle local Social Security, healthcare and other relevant registration and compliance
• Support Employee Relations procedures and liaise with Department of Labor
• Issuing letters of HR related matters
• Support in the administration of sub-consultant agreement
• Facilitate contract extension for fixed term employees and Independent Consultants
• Support HRM to implement Global initiatives locally
• Assist in the establishment and management of learning and development programs for the team
• Support the implementation of Company policies and procedures and update inline with changes in relevant laws and best practice
• Provide support & guidance required to the management on all HR related matters
• Other duties as required to support the Company and management
YOUR PROFILE:
Essential
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR management, or relevant field required
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Recruitment management or as an HR generalist, with a reputed national or international organization
• Customer satisfaction oriented
• First-rate organizational skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to prioritize effectively whilst working to tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
• Interpersonal skills, demonstrate confidence to communicate appropriately with people of all levels, both internally and externally
• Clear understanding and awareness of HR protocol
• A flexible and organized approach to handling a varying workload
• Adept knowledge in using HR information system
• Understands the importance of confidentiality
• High initiative and proactive approach
• Resilient to work under pressure and heavy workloads
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Desirable:
• Experience in handling end to end Recruitment with HR system (Oracle, Service-now, Taleo, Cornerstone)
• Knowledge of Digital Ways of Work
