Mô tả công việc

Lead and develop team member
Creates and executes software development project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Assist with development of project plans
Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings
Maintains document control, track project activities and team communication
Attend requirements gathering meetings with team and being able to translate these requirements into development plans and schedules
Analyzes, proposes, and reviews deliverables and presents to management
Effectively applies standard project management methodology and enforces project standards
Manages business resources assigned to projects; including project scope and timelines

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree required
At least 7 years of experience in a software development project-management related role
Experience working with development teams and software development lifecycle
More than 3 years of advanced NodeJS and ReactJS development is necessary
More than 3 years of NoSQL (such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, CosmosDB) experience is required. SQL experience is a plus
Ability to understand new concepts and work on self-improving areas with knowledge gaps to understand company direction and technology used
Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills in English
Great organizational and time management skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
