WHO YOU ARE
2+ years in a Country Manager,
Business Development Director, or similar market-entry leadership role
Proven track record
selling ERP solutions in B2B environments
Strong understanding of the Vietnamese IT/software landscape - key players, buyer behavior, and competitive dynamics
Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable building from zero without a large support structure
Experience developing channel/partner ecosystems is a strong plus
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English (mandatory)
Conversational Chinese (mandatory)
Based in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City
