Mô tả công việc
Sales Responsible:
Be responsible for a set sales volume target; Set in conjunction with Commercial Manager
Responsible for profitability target; Set in conjunction with Commercial Manager
Work with retailers on orders, product display, and in-store promotion;
Negotiations with retail buyers to sell direct and manage product sales performance;
Work closely with distributor to develop promotion plan and ensure good execution;
Communicate orders to logistics/quality team in NZ/UK
Follow through deliveries to ensure all loaded on time, and delivered on time, right quality. Resolve any issues with retailers/distributors in a manner that minimises costs for GBF, and maximises service level for customer.
Develop new retail customers
Maintain and improve relations with current customers, to ensure GBF is always first choice.
Brand positioning:
Up-scale local brand positioning, work closely with NZ/UK Team to develop brand positioning and ensure strong execution;
Develop and execute digital marketing & social media.
Market Plan
Own & manage the Market plan & budget;
Hands-on management of all the marketing activities in market.
Market information:
Analyse market situation, consumer trends update;
Collect and analyse competitors' brand and sales performance;
Understand market feedback about the brand or activities;
Knowledge in Fresh produce is a plus;
Provide input and feedback on campaigns activated by distributor. Regular reporting of the above to line manager.
Relationships Management:
Works with retailer and distributor to develop relationship with key stakeholders;
Collaborate with NZ/UK team to adapt suitable ideas to market;
Liaise with local agencies for creative concepts & ideas development for in-market activations to boost sales & enhance strong brand positioning.
CHERISH and any other new varieties developed by GBF
Develop product to be a must have apple for retailers in Vietnam
Ensure sales are developed to match production increase, maintaining premium pricing Up-scale local brand positioning, work closely with NZ/UK Team to develop brand positioning and ensure strong execution;
Develop digital marketing & strong social media presence.
