Creative Assistant

Xanh Marketing is looking for a Creative Assistant who is curious about the world and thriving to win.
A. Role and responsibilities:
- Understand clearly the strategic direction of the campaign proposed by Planner,
- Incorporate with other project's members to develop the communication campaign's proposal based on the concept of Creative Leader,
- Research the given industry, figure out consumer insight regarding the project's requirement,
- Write campaign line and incorporate with designer to develop ideas for creative assets based on the proposed concept,
- Present creative ideas according the Creative Leader's request to internal team and clients,
- Support to supervise projects which are in the execution phase.
B. Qualifications & experience:
- Study in advertising, marketing, public relation or any majors relating to language, communication, creativity,
- At least 6-month or 1-year experience in the position of copywriter/ content writer (agency field),
- Possess knowledge and experience to work in some specific industries: FMCG, FnB, Finance & Banking,...
C. Skills:
- Understand the process of the pitch project,
- Have fundamental knowledge of Marketing, Advertising, Branding,
- Understand the process and all definitions in the creative industry,
- Have creative research, analysis and planning skills,
- Have presentation skills,
- Ability to design beautiful slides,
- Logical and critical thinking,
- Visual thinking,
- Be highly responsible for working as a part of a project.
