Drive Content Campaigns (Project Management): Plan and execute content marketing campaigns from A to Z. Independently manage your own timelines, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Design, Performance) and external agencies, ensuring all content is delivered smoothly and on schedule.
Strategic Content Creation: Produce high-quality, versatile content for both Branding (PR, brand stories) and Performance (digital/traditional ads). Go beyond simply "writing a post" by understanding the business brief to propose creative angles that effectively generate leads and build brand trust.
Video Content Execution: Develop creative hooks and compelling scripts for performance videos (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo). Provide clear creative briefs to the production team and follow through to ensure the final video matches your initial vision and objectives
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Keep track of how your content performs against key metrics (KPIs). Proactively use these data-driven insights to adjust your content angles, run A/B tests, and optimize future campaigns.
Visual Coordination: Partner closely with
designers to conceptualize visual layouts that complement your writing, ensuring all outputs strictly maintain ILA's premium brand identity.
Team Support & Workflow Coordination: Act as a reliable support for the Manager by helping to coordinate the team's daily workflow. Work closely with junior members by sharing your practical experience, reviewing content, and providing friendly guidance to help them grow and maintain the team's overall quality.

You view AI not just as a trend, but as an essential, daily collaborative tool to maximize your output quality and speed.
