Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Manage social media engagement on multiple channels, ensuring a unified brand voice and consistent brand messaging;
2. Manage and write clear, concise, and high-engaging content for multichannel campaigns across paid media, website, in-app, social media, and more;
3. Build and maintain digital communities for all brand pages across key social media networks;
4. Support and respond to questions or complaints from customers;
5. Create and manage product descriptions and marketing materials for sales channels;
6. Ensure all branding communications are influential, accurate, useful and reader-friendly;
7. Plan the content calendars for each channel;
8. Collaborate with design, photography, production, and product teams to deliver impactful content that drives results across the business;
9. Conduct weekly reports and daily analysis on social media statistics for all platforms;
10. Keep abreast of industry, social media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms and share knowledge with the wider team;
11. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

1. A Bachelor of Marketing or related majors;
2. A Portfolio of works (preferred);
3. 2+ years of work experience in managing social media channels and campaigns;
4. Background in Fashion, life style industry is considered a plus;
5. Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally;
6. Experience using social media analytics tools and MS Office;
7. Proficiency in all mainstream social media channels and consumer behavior on social media platforms;
8. Be a trend spotter, proactive/creative thinker;
9. Ability to provide solutions based on data;
10. Ability to work with Designers and provide a brief;
11. Excellent writing & editing skills in English;
12. Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced and growing environment;
13. Customer-centric sensibility, Eagerness to learn, good sense of humor, open-minded, positive mindset, Self-driven, detail-oriented with a high degree of initiative.
