Creative Design Manager

- Bachelor's Degree in interior design, architecture, or other relevant fields experience in retail design, with proven experience from design conceptualisation to design documentation is a plus - Prior experience in the cosmetic, fashion, or other luxury retail Industries would be an advantage - Proficient in AutoCad, 3D design, sketchup, and hand drawings - Expert in strategic thinking, creative conceptualisation, innovative solutions, technical drawings, and 3D renderings - Ability to quickly understand design challenges and provide adequate solutions within short turnaround time - Curious and autonomous; willing to challenge the status quo - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. Vietnamese would be a plus to work with Vietnam-based stakeholders - Ability to build effective work relationships with diverse team members - Willing to travel around the Asia region
