Creative Director

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creative Direction
- Establish and maintain the creative vision of the agency
- Lead Creative team to develop creative ideas and strategies for projects and campaigns
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing, and technology trends to inform and elevate the creative approach in campaigns
2. Strategy Planning
- Lead Planning team to develop and implement creative strategies that align with client objectives and target audience preferences
3. Production Supervision
- Manage and oversee the production process of creative materials, from concept to execution
- Drive maximum efficiency, productivity and the maintenance of the highest quality of creative concept, copy-writing and artwork
- Ensure that final products are high quality and delivered on schedule
4. Team Management
- Manage and organize team resources including team structure, project allocation, culture build-up, learning and development...
- Train and mentor team members, developing their creative/ strategic planning skills and capabilities
- Foster a culture of innovation and encourage team members to come up with new ideas and solutions
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- BSc/BA in advertising, communications, marketing or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset
Experience
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
- Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
Skill & Knowledge
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop unique ideas and translate ideas into actionable plans
- Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns and projects
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
