The Creative Director at Nina Group leads the creative team and oversees the entire creative process, ensuring the development of impactful and innovative solutions that align with client objectives and company vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the creative team to develop groundbreaking concepts and campaigns across multiple media platforms, including branding, advertising, and event design.
Direct the creative function to maintain a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative team culture aligned with Nina Group's strategic goals.
Oversee the ideation, execution, and presentation of creative projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs and high creative standards.
Ensure the team consistently delivers quality outcomes while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with clients, account management, and production teams to provide cohesive creative solutions.
Guide the development and production of designs, graphics, videos, and other media assets.
Stay updated on industry trends, design technologies, and marketing strategies to ensure competitive and cutting-edge creative output.
Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and collaboration.
Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and drive improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: at least 5 years in a creative role, including 2 years in a leadership role, particularly in agency (event, entertainment, advertising, marketing, or media).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field; a strong passion for design is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other design/video tools.
Creative Vision: Strong conceptual and artistic abilities, with a keen understanding of visual storytelling and market trends.
