Responsibility:
Creative Development:
Lead the creation of the main creative concept, proactively proposing and executing big ideas for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions, encouraging creative and innovative thinking.
Creative & Communications Team Management and Direction:
Lead the team (including Copywriters,
Content Writers, Art Directors, and
Designers) to ensure high-quality output that aligns with the brief, brand direction, objectives, values, budget, and committed deadlines.
Evaluate the team's performance and provide guidance for improvement and skill development.
Collaboration and Project Management:
Work closely with other departments such as Account, Strategy, and Production to ensure that creative solutions are not only innovative but also feasible in terms of budget and production.
Closely monitor project progress, allocate tasks efficiently within the team to avoid delays, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Presentation and Idea Defense: Actively participate in pitching sessions, presenting ideas to clients confidently and persuasively.
Raising Creative Standards: Continuously stay updated with the latest trends in creativity, technology, culture, and communications to apply them effectively in projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Copy-based, Marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or creative leader position.
A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling ability, and excellence in creative writing and/or design.
Extensive experience managing and mentoring creative teams, with a focus on professional growth and high-quality output.
Deep understanding of branding, digital, social media, and experiential marketing.
Strong multitasking skills and can work under high pressure.
Good at presentation skills and communication to stakeholders.
Fluent in English is a must.
