Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution (40%)
Developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business objectives. This includes defining target audiences, setting goals, and selecting appropriate channels.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
Potentially involved in content creation, strategy, and distribution across various digital channels.
2. Team Leadership & Management (30%)
Leading and mentoring a team of
digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
3. Project Management (30%)
Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and making data- driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Managing the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact.
Require hands-on experience with website management, Search, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing tools.
Requirements
