We are seeking a visionary Creative Lead to bridge the gap between high-impact design, user experience, and data-driven
digital marketing. In this role, you will be the architect of our brand's digital ecosystem. You will lead the creative direction for multi-channel campaigns while ensuring our digital products (landing pages and interfaces) are intuitive, high-converting, and visually stunning.
The ideal candidate is a master of the Adobe Creative Cloud, a UI/UX specialist, and a digital strategist who understands how to guide a user from a social media post through a seamless web experience.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Execution: Lead the visual identity across digital platforms. Use Photoshop and Illustrator to produce high-performing assets for social and web.
UI/UX Design: Lead the design of landing pages and digital interfaces. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that optimize for both user delight and conversion (CRO).
Narrative Storytelling: Craft compelling brand stories. You'll translate complex value propositions into simple, emotional, and engaging visual/copy-driven content.
Email Marketing & Lifecycle: Coordinate with email campaigns. This includes aesthetic layout and understanding the user journey ensuring the "click-through" experience is frictionless.
Social Media Strategy: Oversee the creative output for social channels. You will ensure content is platform-specific while maintaining a unified brand voice.
User-Centric Testing: Use mind maps and performance data to iterate on UI elements, ensuring our digital touchpoints are constantly improving based on user behavior.
Technical (Creative)ᅠExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Technical (UX/UI)ᅠMastery of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Deep understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and typography.
Marketingᅠ3+ years in Digital Marketing, with a focus on Email/Social campaigns and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
StorytellingᅠProven ability to write copy and create visuals that follow a narrative arc across multiple platforms.
UX PrinciplesᅠExperience with user research, wireframing, and building interactive prototypes.
Experience-Focused: You don't just care how an ad looks; you care about what happens after the user clicks.

Data-Informed: You are comfortable using user data to justify your design decisions.

Bonus Points For:
Knowledge of HTML/CSS (enough to talk to
developers).
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects).
Experience with A/B testing tools.
Detailed onboarding and training to support the onboarding phase.
Salary: up to 27 million VND (depending on experience and capability).
