We are seeking a visionary Creative Lead who combines refined aesthetic judgment with strong systems thinking. This role will define the visual standards across our social media marketing initiatives while shaping client-facing design assets and scalable creative frameworks that support long-term growth.
What You Will Do
• Shape and elevate the visual language across all social campaigns
• Develop cohesive theme systems, structured templates, and scalable creative frameworks
• Oversee client-facing design assets, including branding materials and product-related visuals
• Ensure high aesthetic standards, brand consistency, and performance-driven execution
• Lead and mentor
designers toward disciplined, high-level creative output
• Partner with the US-based leadership team on strategic direction and campaign initiatives
• 3-5+ years of experience in social media marketing, branding, or creative leadership
• Strong artistic sensibility with a refined eye for composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Experience building scalable design systems across marketing and product touchpoints
• Proficiency in professional design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma)
• Comfortable working within structured workflows and adapting to evolving technologies
• Experience leading and developing creative teams
• Portfolio required
