Role Description
The Creative Lead is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the creative direction, strategy, and output of DGM's Art & Design, Copywriting, and Production teams.
You will lead the end-to-end creative process - from developing proposals and campaign ideas to ensuring top-quality execution and delivery.
This position requires a visionary leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative excellence, inspiring teams to push boundaries while staying true to brand and business objectives. Automotive industry interest or experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Development & Proposal Delivery
Lead the conceptualization and development of creative proposals, campaigns, and brand strategies.
Translate client briefs and insights into compelling creative ideas that connect business goals with audience emotions.
Oversee storytelling, visual identity, and messaging across all deliverables.
2. Creative Output & Quality Control
Supervise all creative materials - from digital and social content to production assets - ensuring high standards of quality, relevance, and innovation.
Manage workflow across the Art & Design, Copywriting, and Production teams to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Review and refine outputs to ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives.
3. Presentation & Cross-Team Collaboration
Present creative ideas and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Collaborate closely with Account, Strategy, and Media teams to ensure strategic alignment and timely delivery.
Provide creative direction and problem-solving support throughout campaign execution.
4. Leadership & Team Development
Mentor and motivate creative team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Manage team structure, workflow, and performance to ensure optimal collaboration and creativity.
Encourage exploration of new technologies, storytelling methods, and creative tools (AI, motion, experiential, etc.).
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field.
4+ years of experience in creative leadership, art direction, or copy-based roles within advertising or communication agencies.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams (Art & Design, Copywriting, Production).
Strong skills in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding.
Proficiency in Graphic Design or Copywriting (copy-based profiles preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A strong creative portfolio showcasing successful campaigns - automotive-related work is a plus.
