This role is based at one of Ocany's strategic partners, where you'll join a dynamic and fast-growing team.
1. Creative Production Management (Core)
Manage editors' and
designers' daily work: task allocation, scheduling, quality control, priority management
Build the creative pipeline: standardized flow from brief intake through script/storyboard, production, review, and delivery
Guarantee throughput: deliver video and static creatives on schedule per each client's testing plan
2. Media Buying Collaboration
Partner with media buyers: digest testing plans and performance feedback (CTR, hook rate, CPL) and turn them into concrete creative iterations
Join creative review sessions: analyze winning vs. losing ads and codify creative playbooks by client and industry
Co-own brief templates and asset naming conventions with the buying team for smooth collaboration and traceable data
3. Creative Strategy
Understand overseas audiences and B2B buying contexts; lead creative concepts: value-prop angles, script directions, visual styles
Track creative trends across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube native formats to keep output competitive
Own quality control on English copy and localization for target markets
4. Team & Systems
Recruit, develop, and evaluate creative team members; set growth plans
Build the asset library and template system to increase reuse and lower marginal cost
Manage external resources (freelance editors, production vendors) for peak demand
Working hours: 5 days a week, 8 am to 5 PM
