Job Description
• Oversee the entire creative process from ideation to production, ensuring high-quality output that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage budgets and timelines effectively, optimizing resources to achieve creative excellence while meeting deadlines.
• Lead and manage a team of designers, illustrators, and creatives to conceptualize and execute captivating designs for our t-shirts, related
merchandise, and marketing collaterals.
• Meeting with management teams to determine need.
• Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity across various platforms, ensuring consistency and innovation.
• Manage various creative suppliers (printing companies, photographers, creative freelancers)
• Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and sales teams to align creative efforts with business goals.
• Admin work related to the creative process
• Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences, infusing fresh perspectives into our designs.
