Creative Manager at HEDIMA leads all creative activities, from content strategy to visual execution. This role is responsible for managing and developing both the Content Team (Copy/ Content) and the Visual Team (Design/ Motion) to deliver creative communication products that are consistent, professional, and aligned with the needs of each project and client.
Duties and Responsibilities
Team Management
Directly manage the Content Team and the Visual Team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Establish efficient workflows between the two teams to ensure alignment on concept and production.
Develop the creative capabilities and career growth of each team member.
Foster a collaborative culture of ownership, innovation, and creative excellence.
Creative Direction
Lead ideation and concept development for each campaign, content series, or client project.
Serve as the final approver for all creative outputs (including articles, video scripts, graphic designs, and brand collateral), ensuring strict alignment with client requirements prior to publication or delivery.
Content Management
Oversee content planning and editorial calendars across projects.
Supervise the production of articles, scripts, and copy deliverables.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.
Visual & Design Management
Define a consistent visual language across the entire project lifecycle.
Supervise the production of graphic design and motion graphic deliverables, ensuring visual quality and on-time delivery.
Cross-Functional & Client Collaboration
Work closely with the
Business Development and Account teams to capture client briefings.
Collaborate with clients on consultation and ongoing communication.
Performance Monitoring & Improvement
Deliver regular reports on the performance and quality of individual team members and the team as a whole.
Stay current with industry creative trends and apply them in practice.
