Mô tả công việc
1. Job description:
- In charge of all marketing activities of the company including but not limited to brand development, brand building, marketing communication, etc.
- Manage budget allocation between Brand building and promo cost that best suits business objectives, across both online and offline channels.
3. Objectives of this Role:
- Increase the relationship with exist over 100K customers (merchant)
- Help business team to archive the targets for shipping, finance and supply chain
- Working with products and data team and other stakeholders to gather customer and market insights.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful plan/strategies.
- Create and manage/executive marketing plan to exist 100K customers.
- Conceptualize and execute effective promotion programs to up sales for Shipping, Finance and Supply Chain services.
- Manage content and updates for all customer touch points.
Yêu cầu công việc
What you should be good at:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in marketing communications, preferably in the retail technology or B2B industries.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and promotion campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Proficiency with English communication
- Proven experience with marketing for mass market applications.
- Have a good eye for graphic design products.
- Understanding in e-commerce and retail market.
