Develop new customers, care for and advise customers to sell credit products (including Credit Cards & Unsecured Consumer Loans), other products according to the direction of the block in each period and Shinhan Bank's services
- Guide and advise customers on loan processes and documents, directly complete credit files and monitor loan disbursement
- Customer care after disbursement, checking and urging customers to repay debt on time while exploiting additional/cross-selling opportunities
- Strictly comply with Shinhan Bank's business processes, coordinate with relevant departments to best serve customer requirements.
