I. Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Card Business Officer to support the business growth and campaign operation of credit card product. The role focuses on customer communication, promotional content development, installment program operation with partners, market research along with reporting activities to enhance customer engagement and card business performance.
II. Key Accountabilities
His/her key accountabilities include:
1. Card Business (30%)
Proven understanding of credit-card products in financial industry; not-only, but including the card features, competitive landscape, customer segments and customer consuming behavior among banks and Fincos.
Support to develop and implement short- and long-term plans/strategies for acquisition plans, schedules, budgets, communications, and tactical plans as required.
2. Marketing (50%)
Support to develop and implement the acquisition/ promotional campaigns and special offers to customers through various communication channels.
Design and create marketing content, including promotional materials, customer messages, and campaign communications
Coordinate and operate credit card installment programs with affiliated merchants and business partners.
Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure smooth implementation and operation of installment services
Conduct market research and competitor analysis on credit card products, customer trends, and promotional activities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Prepare periodic business report, presentations, and performance analyses for management.
Support daily operational activities related to credit card
business development and customer engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operation, Sales to ensure effective execution of program and campaign.
3. Others (20%)
Support to provide analytical and technical support when in-need.
Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
1. Education background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking or related fields.
2. Minimum Experience
At least 3 years proven working experience in banking, financial services, marketing, or credit card business is preferred.
At least 1-2 years proven working experience in Credit Card Product/Acquisition/ Retention Marketing Specialist (Product Team).
Intermediate experience in developing Marketing Product/Acquisition plans
3. Knowledge - Experiences in launching credit cards, business process and acquisition campaigns.
Good knowledge in credit card products, customer segmentation and business not-only but within financial industry is a plus
4. Skill
Able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and business partners.

Intermediate level in English (both written & verbal)
